Usually I would say “go for it” but in this case, I think waiting would be best.  I think you should just be there for her as a friend and support her during this time.  If you tell her how you feel, she may get angry and feel betrayed or use you to get over her girlfriend.  I think waiting until the storm calms down would be best in everyone’s interest.  I know how hard waiting can be though so whatever you think is best!
